Stewarding form

The IVFDF weekend relies on stewards who volunteer their time at the festival to help it run smoothly. If you would like to volunteer to be a steward, you can fill in our google form:

Stewards volunteer 2-8 hours of their time over the course of festival, stewarding at large dances, indoor camping venues, the Morris tour, the Welcome desk and/or the survivors’ ceilidh. This can range from taking tickets, selling merchandise, selling food and the Survivors’ ceilidh, being an emergency and safeguarding contact during indoor camping, and being a point of contact during the large dances.

Anyone who volunteers to be a steward will be given an IVFDF steward shirt, and up to a full refund of their ticket depending on their hours.
